****After logging into the MERT website any information that is obtained is strictly confidential as to the organization. Failure to keep this information confidential (unless otherwise approved by the Executive Board) will result in disciplinary actions and possible removal from the organization.

***Violation of HIPAA regulations will result in immediate removal from the organization and possible criminal or civil charges.

**REMEMBER: When using the MERT website on a public computer (library, study lounge..) you MUST make sure you logout of the system. You are not logged out automatically so be carefull!
